This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases related to BuyWise.

Purchases are processed by app stores

All purchases for BuyWise — including subscriptions and in-app purchases — are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.BuyWise does not directly charge your payment method for these purchases.

How to request a refund

Refund requests must be submitted through the platform you used to make the purchase. Please use the official support channels for that store:

• Apple App Store: Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem flow or your Apple ID purchase history. App Store listing link will appear here once published (SITE.appStoreUrl).
• Google Play: Request a refund through Google Play's order history or Play support. Google Play listing link will appear here once published (SITE.playStoreUrl).

Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies and local consumer protection laws. BuyWise cannot override a store's refund decision.
